Use a jewelry chain or simple leather thong to wear this 4" or 5" tall pendant with 3 crescent moon dangles. (A solid metal loop on the back at the top accommodates the chain or thong.) These now come with 3 moons, the 3rd one suspended from the bottom of the cross.
